If your thoughts feel heavy, you are not alone. Anxiety can make life feel loud. God offers peace that guards your heart. Start small. Start now.
(Philippians 4:6)
God is near. You can bring Him your anxious thoughts. Peace may not erase every problem. But God can steady your heart and help you take the next right step.
Lord, my thoughts feel heavy.
Please quiet my heart.
Help me remember You are near.
Replace fear with Your peace.
Guide my mind back to truth.
Give me strength for today.
Teach me to trust You one moment at a time.
Amen.
Breathe and pray. Take 5 slow breaths and repeat: “Lord, You are near.”
Name your worry. Write it down and give it to God in prayer.
Choose one small action. Drink water, take a walk, or call a trusted friend.
